Holmes and Watson peel away layers of Satsuma Stone case

Wednesday and Thursday this week (11-12 July) see Dominic Goodwin return to Richmond's Georgian Theatre Royal with Holmes and Watson: The Farewell Tour. Goodwin plays Watson in what is being billed as a fun, mystery and drama.

Brought by the Angus and Ross Theatre Company, Holmes and Watson focus their detective skills on a baffling unrecorded case, shrouded in mystery until now.

The Case of the Prime Minister, the Floozie and the Lummock Rock Lighthouse is an affair upon whose outcome the security of Europe once hung by a thread.

We're reliably informed that Mr Holmes has been entrusted by Her Majesty with the conveyance to the Tower of London of the fabled Satsuma Stone, stolen from the crown of William of Orange in the seventeenth century and only recently discovered in Maastricht.

Dominic, a familiar face around the theatre is best known in Richmond for his parts in Mother Goose, The Adventures of Sinbad, Frankenstein LIVE and Up Frankie.
